Florentine Clubs/Activities/Classes: For the most recent news and happenings, visit the current month's Calendar and Newsletter.
Aqua Exercises- Great class. Easy on the body. Meets three days a week.
Book Club - Read books of today and yesterday. Meets the 2nd Thursday of the month. Group discussion and “goodies”.
Bridge - Bring your “best game”. Tuesday afternoons
Card night - Great evening of cards. Thursday nights in the clubhouse.
Hackers - Year round golf. More fun than you can “shake a stick at” (or a club).
Horseshoe Pitching - Pits open at 10:00 am daily.
Krafty Klatch - Every Sunday from 1-3 in the clubhouse.
Ladies Who Lunch - Meets for lunch on the 2nd Tuesday of each month.
Pegs and Jokers - Every Wednesday in the clubhouse.
Pickleball - Every Monday, Wednesday, Friday & Sunday. Weather permitting.
Poker - Every Monday evening in the clubhouse.
RV Club - Open to all residents who own an RV. Fun and informative trips within Oregon and beyond. Good times.
Samba - Thursdays in the clubhouse.
Tai Chi Class- Great co-ed class. Meets twice a week in the clubhouse.
Tennis Club- Courts open all days. Club play on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Triple Play Cards - Mondays in the clubhouse.
If you don't see something above that interests you, it's easy to start a new group. Here are some suggestions to get started:
- Talk with the front office to get a meeting day, time and location
- Put an announcement in the Focus Newsletter (must be submitted to the office by the 15th of the prior month
- Create flyers and post in the clubhouse, on the reader boards and on the Florentine Estates website
- For help getting information onto the reader boards and the website, contact the Communication Committee.
