EXERCISE YOUR LEGS, CORE AND ARMS!
We currently have three different types of exercise machines in the fitness room. The elliptical is the only one offering moderate core exercise. A rowing machine provides a full-body, low-impact workout utilizing about 86% of your muscles.
If you are interested in replacing one of our two recumbent bikes with a rowing machine please speak up. There are two “petitions” at the clubhouse (one in the fitness room & one on the bulletin board) to show the Board of Directors there is support for adding this to our fitness room. It is not a guarantee but would go a long way to show the Board it is a desired piece of equipment.
