Florentine Amenities

Clubhouse - The clubhouse houses the Florentine office and many amenities such as:
- Florentine Room - a central gathering area for Florentine Social Events with a fully equipped kitchen. It is also available for rent by residents for personal functions.
- Library - The library and computer area is maintained by a group of Florentine volunteers and equipped with books, magazines, puzzles, etc.
- Pool Table - All accessories supplied.
- Two Swimming Pools - There is an indoor and an outdoor pool with accessories supplied for water aerobics.
- Spa and Sauna
- Fitness Room - Equipped with state of the art elliptical equipment.
maintained in pristine condition. Pickleball striping was added to the east court. The striping allows for either side of the court to be used (two separate games at once) or use the tennis net to play a single game. Bring your paddles and balls, nets are provided.
Horse Shoe Pits - Located in one of the many beautiful common areas within Florentine.
RV Storage - All residents have access to RV storage with electrical hookups.
There is a minimal monthly charge and rules/procedures for appropriate storage/parking.
